The above supplies are required as per the ANNEX II & III – Technical Specifications of the present tender dossier, and in the framework of the project “Ruralbania”, funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation [AID 012590/03/6]. The project has the objective to increasing the productivity of family-run farms operating in high potential value chains in disadvantaged mountain areas of Northern Albania, namely in the areas of Eastern Shkodër (Pukë and Fushë Arrëz), Kukës, and Dibër.
